Silent film star Colleen Moore as featured in the 1924 comedy THE PERFECT FLAPPER. This film was made in the wake of her tremendous hit "Flaming Youth" (1923). To cash in on the popularity of Colleen's "flapper" character, the word "flapper" made it into the title. An additional draw was that the film showed a lot of skin. The film was generally well-received as good light entertainment. Color enhanced image by Hollywood Pinups from the b&w original.
